June 1, 2010 — by Ashley Tang

1. Season Record:1-11

2. Highlight of the season: The match against King’s Academy went to 5 games, instead of the usual two or three. In the last game, Saratoga won by only 2 points. Sophomore Brandon Pak thought it was “one of the most intense games of the season.”

3. Lowlight of the season: The overall season didn’t meet the team’s hope. Captain James Kim was disappointed “seeing my team slowly start to give up towards the end. It just sucks watching your team get killed.”

4. Team Captains: Seniors Daniel Chou and James Kim

5. Quote from captain: “I think if each person on my team played club, we would improve a lot more,” said Kim.

6. MVP, most improved: During the team party at Florentine’s, senior Daniel Chou won Most Valuable player, sophomore Salmaan Javed won Most Improved and junior Brandon Pierce won Most Inspiring.
