10. Water fountain water
Those fountains feel like blessings when I haven’t drank water in the past few hours. Still, I tend to avoid them for sanitation purposes.
9. Sugar water
Sweetness is good in small doses, but when I take a sip of sugar water, I can’t even taste anything else. It’s best we leave this drink to the hummingbirds.
8. Sparkling water
It’s the liquid form of pop rocks!
7. Infused water
Infused water is not only refreshing, but it also highlights bright flavors of coolness, tanginess, and sweetness.
6. Hot water
There’s something cozy about drinking hot water. When it is cold in the winter, a mug of hot water will do the trick.
5. Ice
It’s such a solid option. Water tastes pretty nice when it’s in perfect cubes and crunchy. Perhaps it’s a sign that I have an iron deficiency, but I don’t care. I’m crunching away.
4. Tap water
It’s basic, but it’s good stuff in most cases.
3. Tonic water
It’s slightly fruity and sparkling — perfect in almost every way — except for the cost.
2. Iced water
Iced water is a game changer. A single drink makes me energized and ready to go.
1. Mineral water (late at night)
You’re missing out if you haven’t felt the euphoria of downing an entire bottle of mineral water at 3 a.m.
