What’s the highest possible GPA?

Only valedictorians get close to this theoretical number.

Suppose high school was just a game to the highest GPA; how would students win?
The highest GPA ever in the school’s history was  4.83 achieved by 2012 alumnus Myron Zhang. But even he didn’t achieve the highest possible GPA. After many calculations, the Falcon staff estimated the highest theoretical GPA would be 5.15.
So how would you achieve this feat? Let’s take a hypothetical student named Courtney. Like a portion of the freshmen class, she started in Algebra 2 Honors and progressed up the math chain to AP Calculus BC her junior year. She took the core classes English 9, English 10 and World Geography, all of which are required classes.
This is where things get awkward. Courtney is quadrilingual. She speaks Chinese, Spanish and French nearly fluently so that she starts in 4 Honors in all three her freshman year. Her English is also superb, and during senior year she wishes to challenge herself by taking both AP English Language and Literature. Not only does she extend herself in the languages, but also in histories by taking both AP US History and AP European History junior year.
To free up room for AP and Honors classes, she decided to take both Government and Economics over the summer before senior year so it did not calculate into her GPA.
Still, her academic prowess does not extend just in the areas of liberal arts, but in the math and sciences as well. She took both the extra math classes AP Statistics and AP Computer Science her junior year.
After she finished Chemistry Honors sophomore year, Courtney went on to complete all the AP sciences senior year: AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, and AP Environmental Science.
Furthermore, to fill the endless time on his hands, she decided to take AP Music Theory her sophomore year.
Was it mentioned that she got an A+ in every single one of her classes?
To fill her sports requirement, instead of doing PE or a sport, she decided to do ISPE, which for her is underwater basket weaving, and take it pass/fail so that did not count towards her GPA.
Add up all these perfect grades, and Courtney has a GPA that will never be topped.
