First, place a CD in the middle at the edge of the shorter side of paper, folding the two side flaps inwards to rest on the CD. Next, fold the CD upwards and the top over so that it is encased in paper. Fold the top back up, and crease the corners to form triangles on the top. Finally, pull the top flap under the bottom one, completing your CD cover.

The whole process can take less than a minute after some practice, and you can draw on or decorate the paper used for wrapping to give the CDs more of an authentic feel.
