Finally, a group of 12 freshmen wearing color-coordinated green shirts hopped onto the scene, dancing to the familiar tune of "Disturbia." A break-dance battle, featuring Brian Minsoo Kim and Powell Huang, followed the choreographed routine. read more » Tech room remodeled to have a more suitable working environment November 5, 2009 — by Vivian LeTran The tech room is finally being remodeled after being an inconvenient working area for about seven years, said IT manager Julie Grenier. The administration had been hoping to remodel the room for about two years, but it wasn’t until this year that work finally began. The remodeling began in September and construction finished the week of Oct. 20. Mock trial team selected October 30, 2009 — by Saniha Shankar and Abhi Venkataramana Twenty hopeful students nervously sat in history teacher Margarita Morrelle's room on Oct. 13 waiting to be called in by mock trial head coach Dr. Hugh Roberts to try out for roles on this year's team. For tryouts, each student had to act out the role of a prosecution attorney, defense attorney and witness based on an evidence packet that had been given out earlier.
